There is an annual subscription charge of £275 payable by companies who are not JICREG contributors.
System chargesThe following annual charges apply to the JICREG Internet version and are calculated on the basis of the number of sites where JICEG data is accessed.
The Internet version is automatically updated four times per annum, January, April, July and October.

Updated releases of JIC-IN-A-BOX online passwords will only be issued when subscription invoices have been paid.
Installation & trainingProvision of the dataset, any technical support needed to get the system fully operational and initial training is supplied free of charge. Further training courses can be arranged free of charge at the Newspaper Society offices; subsistence and travel costs will be charged for training on site.
Software licence feeThere is a one off charge of £275 per company for the software licence fee. Details of the software licence are available by request.
Software supportIncluded in the subscription is a charge of £320.00 for software support. This entitles users to eight hours' free support for the coming year. Additional software support above this level will be charged at £75 per hour.
JICREG MappingJICREG Mapping is only available to full JIC-IN-A-BOX subscribers who access the system via the Internet. The annual charge for JICREG Mapping is calculated at two thirds of the total annual subscription plus annual charge a company pays for JIC-IN-A-BOX. The basic annual cost for single site users is as follows:
